Throughout his career, Brian Fowler has assisted in the formation of dozens of new companies and has counselled numerous corporate clients on a wide range of day-to-day legal business matters.  These clients have ranged in size from sole proprietorships and small corporations with few employees to large companies with offices and hundreds of employees throughout the United States.  Brian has negotiated contract terms and conditions directly with clients' customers, which have included General Electric, Anheuser-Busch, Siemens, R.J. Reynolds, Fairway Supermarkets and others.  Some of these contracts have involved sales of equipment and services valued at millions of dollars.  Brian has worked closely with clients to draft contracts, leases, sale on approval agreements, licensing agreements, letters of intent, security agreements and U.C.C. filings for particular transactions.  On several occasions, Brian has lectured clients’ sales and financial personnel on contract and commercial law topics.
